We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
Free Shipping – via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch) for orders of $50 or more
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order ships. Delivery timelines begin from the dispatch date.
Do you ship internationally?
We proudly serve crafters worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. We continuously work to expand our reach while maintaining our commitment to quality service.
When will I receive my tracking information?
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before dispatch.
My order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe. What should I do?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
