Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

- Items must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our craft supplies, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened adhesives (Glue & Adhesives category)
- Used tools (Tools & Accessories category)
- Opened consumables (such as opened glue gun sticks, laminating pouches)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened scrapbooking kits where components may be missing

Return & Exchange Process

Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Ship your return to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
