Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our craft supplies, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened adhesives (from our Glue & Adhesives category)
  • Used tools (from our Tools & Accessories category)
  • Opened consumables (such as opened glue gun sticks, laminating pouches)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Opened scrapbooking kits where components may be missing

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship your return to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:
